When can I contact customer services?

If you need to contact us, it is best to use the contact us page on our website or message us through our facebook page. As a family run business we do not keep usual office hours and will often reply to emails on the weekends and evenings so we should be there whenever you need us.

Do you have any discount codes?

We pride ourselves in keeping our prices as low as possible but from time to time we do offer discount codes. These will be clearly displayed in the notification bar at the top of our website when in use.

You don't have enough stock available. Can you get more?

In most cases, yes. All our items are handmade to order so please get in touch via our contact us page on the website with your requirements.

How do I place an order?

Orders can only be taken on our website www.carpingcordage.co.uk

What is your minimum order?

We have no minimum order and all our items include free UK postage.

How do I return an item?

Please email us first to arrange this using our contact us page on the website.

How do I claim for damaged, faulty or incorrect item?

Contact us first at: boony72@outlook.com to let us know what is wrong. We may ask for photo's or arrange for you to return the item. Once we have received your return, we shall refund you for the item.

Can I have a credit account?

I am afraid we do not offer credit to anyone.

What service do you use?

We ship all orders using Royal Mail 1st Class.

How much is delivery?

All UK orders receive free delivery. We do ship worldwide and international shipping prices can be found during checkout. These are calculated on total order weight.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address to by billing address?

Yes, we are happy to deliver to your business address for example. Make sure all details are entered correctly for both addresses when placing your order.
